Cadence Counsel may include scheduled strategy calls, contract review and redlines, limited issue-spotting, document or template refreshes, and periodic legal housekeeping. Major new drafting, formal negotiations, disputes, litigation, emergency work, and specialty matters are outside the standard recurring scope and are separately scoped when appropriate.
Cadence Counsel is offered selectively based on the business’s recurring legal needs, fit, and anticipated workload.

For business matters, FHL advises on contracts, formation, governance, commercial transactions, disputes, business litigation, and ongoing outside counsel.
For family-law matters, FHL advises on divorce, custody, child support, legitimation, modifications, enforcement, temporary relief, mediation, and other appropriate Georgia family-law matters.
The process is focused and prepared. After basic conflict and fit screening, we review the submitted information before the session so the conversation can focus on strategy rather than basic intake.
When appropriate, FHL may recommend a defined follow-on engagement. A $250 LBS credit may apply toward a qualifying engagement of $2,500 or more when the client retains FHL within 3 calendar days after the Legal Blueprint Session.
FHL accepts appropriate matters statewide in Georgia and selected federal matters in Illinois.

What does limited-scope representation mean?
Limited-scope representation means FHL is engaged for specifically defined legal work rather than every aspect of a matter. The engagement agreement identifies what FHL will handle, what is excluded, and when additional work would require a new scope.
